I ordered it courier from 9:00 to 10:00…
I ordered it courier from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., courier didn't appear even few hours after.
I contacted Epaka seen that exact delivery company (FedEx) declined this case installed that Epaka is responsible for the resolution.
Epaka told:
- oh, that's ok, courier can come till 17:00.
- but I paid for pickup from 9 to 10!!!
- it doesn't matter. He can be late.
What?

extra costs and delays
Big delays, damaged package, extra costs from epaka with false accusations regarding the package without proof. Useless not competent support.
Worst service ever. I never thought that can be something worst than Polish post but there is. Not recommend.
Ps. I will not share any personal data due to the possibility of further harassment by that company

I am extremely dissatisfied with the courier delivery service I received. My package was time-sensitive, and the expected delivery time was clearly stated as before 13:45. However, I did not receive any updates, and the courier only called me at 17:10 — over three hours late.
I was at home at the time but couldn’t answer the phone right away. The courier didn’t even attempt to ring the doorbell or approach the building. Instead, he simply left without trying to complete the delivery.
I called back just three minutes later, and after some hesitation, the courier agreed to return and said he would be there in 5–10 minutes. Despite this reassurance, I ended up waiting for over an hour again with no update or communication.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of punctuality, poor communication, and unwillingness to make a proper delivery attempt are incredibly unprofessional. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as such experiences are not something customers should have to deal with.
