Catastrophic
Expensive, slow, and careless !
I had left a white shirt with a distinctive logo (Macchu Picchu) on the left breast in Hilton Warsaw on 17th december. I called 3 times Hilton Warsaw to ask for this shirt to be sent to me at my cost.
On 24th december, after 6 days, I received a link to pay 247 PLN (around 62 euros) which I paid.
The shirt was dispatched on 30th december, by DHL.
It arrived on 09th january, 3 weeks after I called Hilton, and it was NOT MY SHIRT ! a grey one !
Slow, costly, careless, inefficient.
