Love the light base and sunrise bulb! I wish they would make more products. A lot of them are out of stock and there is no indication as to whether they will produce more.

Beautiful lights but I was back ordered on the light base and a light. The shipping order didn't show the omission and had to communicate with EP to find out the status.

Ordering , delivery and quality of the product was terrific. Highly recommend these lights.

Very pleased with product. Prompt shipping and just what we wanted.

It was a good experience, and I have enjoyed the bulbs that I purchased. I would recommend these to other, and already have. Shipping took a while, but, that was all on the 2019 Polar Vortex.

Their products are unique and well-priced! Great customer service for the one issue I had. I have already purchased again from them. Fast shipping. Beautiful bulbs are all around my house now and I will use some for birthday and Christmas presents!

While I love the bulbs, I had one burn out after only 50-60 hours then break off in the socket. I emailed customer service and have not received a response.

Love these lamps. So happy I ordered them directly because even when the shipment wasn’t perfect they handled it most generously and so quickly. I can tell how much they care about customer satisfaction.

By an act of omission, you missed a golden opportunity to send an advertisement of your products with the shipment of your lamp.

I love my beautifully designed bulbs, and bass .
They are nicer in person than on the website . They are super bright, which I really like. it makes all of the colors pop. I wish other items on EP‘S Website weren’t sold out. I would like to buy other items like the square desk lamp.

On multiple sites and multiple prices. Ask for a parcel refund due to finding it 10.00 cheaper the day after ordering it and didn’t get a reply at all. Lousy customer service. Most discouraging is the different prices on different web sites for me. Also doesn’t state that you have to buy the base separately.

Accidentally, my husband and I both ordered lights from you for our son for Christmas. Each was different. Both were very well packed for shipping. We decided to let our son choose which one he wanted to keep. He loved them both and is keeping one for his home and one for his office at work.
