Just seems like a great company. Family-run and they seem to really just get you a good deal at a fair price. I would much rather purchase a piano with them than with Amazon, Gear4Music etc.
They also have a great selection of YouTube videos where you can see their way of doing things: "sell the right piano to the buyer - don't flog any old one", is the impression I get.
I found epianos when I was on YouTube. I was watching a Yamaha video about an electric piano and theirs was the next video to autoplay. They were comparing the one I had thought about, to the next model up. It was very informative and clear, so I went to their website to have a look. They had one of the upgraded pianos that was pre-loved, so I took advantage of the reduced cost and ordered it. I had a lovely online chat with one of their customer service people to get advice about Yamaha headphones and purchased the one they recommended that fell in my budget. Superfast delivery and everything is perfect. I would highly recommend this company.
