I've been trying to find sheep’s milk in the UK for ages but no luck. Then I found Epicerie Corner and couldn’t believe my luck that they actually stock it! The delivery was quick and the milk tastes amazing.

A very easy to use web site good prices…
A very easy to use web site good prices and the items were delivered on the day requested. Every product was packed with consideration for its characteristics i.e. disposable packs of ice were used where necessary, plus very good bubble wrapping to absorb any knocks and bumps during transit. A good company, whom we will be definitely using again and again. It is far cheaper using them than driving all the way down to the ferry ports and back!

I came looking specifically for salted…
I came looking specifically for salted peanuts, vacuum packed. They had them! Delicious!! Of course I then ordered lots of different things- cheese, jams- fantastic selection. Would recommend.
The delivery was slightly disappointing as the company (DHL) failed to notify me when the package was due to be picked up - this meant my cheese , butter, crab was relying on the cool blocks in the packaging for longer than ideal. All was well though :))

Perfect source of French products
Traditional healthy cheeses have become incredibly difficult to find! Epicerie Corner offers a massive variety & their website is simple to navigate, clear and to the point! The delivery is always spot on and the products exactly what was wanted (not just cheese but so many other delicious French delicacies!). Product ordering and quality fantastic however delivery agent is abysmal. Always at least a day late, parcel dropped on doorstep in full view of road and the delivery man literally runs away!

Bad faith
Placed an order 10 days ago. It was immediately marked as dispatched despite no tracking details being added. The order is due for delivery today yet there are still no tracking details. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails so I am going to have to claim a refund from my credit card company. I don't understand what this business is.
Update 1: The response from the business is disconnected from reality. The delivery date is today, not tomorrow. It is comical to respond to reviews but not to emails or calls. I will be reporting this.
Update 2: the company tried to have my review removed. If only this company worked as hard providing reasonable customer service as it does on the reviews process.

Missing items and no communication
Placed my first order, got an immediate notification that the order had been shipped, which was clearly wrong. When the order did arrive six days later, the box was ripped down one edge, the cold packs were soaked and completely thawed, with the cold products feeling not very cold any more. Four items (about a third of the order) were missing (and were shown on the packing slip as not having been included). Haven't received any order updates from épicerie corner, no response to an email I sent them last week asking for an update, and no response to phonecalls.

Great selection of products available on the website. They communication is great and you're kept up to date with your package all along.
The only issue I've had is that some items don't turn up because they are now out of stock. But the refunds are automatically transferred quickly.
