Truly insightful reports with great explanation from Tony. Will repeat shortly to see the results of implementing the suggestions.

Doing some 1-1 work with Tony and given me some great insights, he walks the walk and talks the talk. Very clever and will continue working with him for the future.

Tony is very knowledgeable and really opened my eyes to many things with his suggestions, being a fitness fanatic myself I thought I was on the right track but to be honest I wasn't. With his suggestions and advice I just generally feel fitter healthier and also body fat is dropping. Also my skin has had a vast improvement too.

I have done the Tru Diagnostic and Mudho tests with epicgenetics. Tony was able to clearly and articulately explain the various bio markers and make suggestions on improvements. I have been doing my own research into bio-hacking and Tony clearly knows his stuff and has been a real help optimising my stack. I look forward to continuing to work with him as I continue to do blood work and make alterations as I go.

These 5 stars are because Tony has been very helpful and gives me a lot of his time even while he's been personally going through a tough time.

I purchased the TruDiagnostic epigenetic test and whilst this test is not Tony's company he is an official reseller in the UK and the cheapest option I found instead of ordering it direct from TruDiagnostic in America. Tony even gave me a discount code to help me out.

Due to issues obtaining my results while TruDiagnostic changed around their reports Tony helped me get a free upgrade from them for their symphony age test which is currently extra.

Tony has also helped in trying to get my doctor to look into some tests for some worrying results, so far the docs have not arranged any tests but the correspondence is still much appreciated.

The main reasons why I also booked a follow up consultation to go through the TruDiagnostic results is because...

a) Despite efforts of the way the reports are written/displayed they are still difficult to be sure on the ins and outs, and despite the reports being lengthy with info about each test the reports do not actually give you a plan of action and what supplements can address each issue found, this is disappointing given the price but it is touted amoungst many biohackers as the best test of it's kind there is.
But you'll either have to research yourself and or have someone like Tony go through them. Even for someone like myself who is knowledgeable about health and nutrition it was still overwhelming.

b) It was important to me that I went through the report with someone like myself but who is even more passionate and commited to current research developments in this field and Tony is driven about this.
This is evident from his posts on Instagram and YouTube.

Personally I didn't find an hour consult was enough time to go through everything i needed to ask but I do have a complicated medical history and Tony kindly gave me the extended time needed.

Tony also provided me an email with a private link to watch our consult recording back when needed and a list of recommended supplements discussed for addressing my personal results.

Tony also included some recommended supplement sites and discount codes. Whilst these codes may/may not be affiliate links they are likely to save me money regardless and are likely good trusted sites to order from as Tony is very conscious of using quality supplements only.

I am yet to purchase them all as I have been ill a lot in the last fortnight and I am still doing my own research into the supplements. I encourage people to still do their own research and make sure you look into any possible contraindications in regard to supplements with other supplements, any medication your on and any known medical conditions.

I can not yet say if the advice including which supplements to get have helped because I've not yet obtained them all and the ones I have I haven't been on long enough.

I will update this review at a later date about this, hopefully with good news as I'm not in a great way.

But even if I am not in a good way after trying the advice there are many variables in life so it may not be fair to still say the advice wasn't right.

Personally I am happy about the advice received as it has at least given me more direction of a path to take based on epigenetic markers which are not an acute test but a test of more long standing issues.

IMO testing is a major factor in anyone's personal health plan as without testing your own body's markers you are much more aiming blindly, we are all different and one supplement may potentially make a particular issue worse or you may be taking a supplement that your body either already has good amounts of or to address a suspected issue that tests show you likely don't have any issue with so are potentially wasting money.

For me these tests showed my issues are in areas I had no idea about and really surprised me.

I used Epic Genetics, as I was using many supplements but still not feeling like I was getting my money's worth. Since looking at my genetics, things have been making more sense. I got recommended epic genetics from a friend after me complaining about my skin not looking so fresh. Turned out I've got poor collagen breakdown genetics and all kinds of things missing from my diet. It's early days, but combined with adding the right skin serums I can really see the difference in my face. The face age app has confirmed this too :-)

Tony really helped with sorting out all the supplements I needed to take, aswell as getting a stronger dose and a bigger quantity of them for a more affordable price. I bought a test from Tony in March after reading an article on epigenetics and was blown away by the results, my energy levels were very low besides being only 33 and I found possible reasons with my life style are the reason although I consider myself a healthy person, Tony's advice has already started to show a difference in me and the supplement plan he send me to follow is more affordable than what I was on already, definitely worth doing it.

Tony talked me through my DNA and epigenetic results in a very detailed and informative way. Following this, he collated an appropriate supplement list based on the results and then ordered them all for me, making the process easy and seamless.
