Thank you to Brenda for quickly and appropriately possessing a refund for an entirely accidental purchase I made. Her critical thinking saved me the hassle of having to do a chargeback through my card issuer. I wish this company the best; it’s simply not what I was looking for and somehow things got confusing and I had a monthly subscription to something I didn’t even know I signed up for. Nice resolution to a genuine mistake/confusion which means understanding customer service.

Service was helpful, accurate, and prompt. Looking forward to the refund.

Issue is being addressed

I did not authorize the transactions that i was charged but the customer service searched and reached back to me and has said they would refund my money.

They are saying they will refund my money but I will believe that when I see it. If it says discount yarn it’s a subscription not an order.

Somehow I subscribed to this website by mistake. The person I talked to understood what happened and cancelled the subscription and refunded my money without a problem. Thank you for your help.

they made me pay for two fifa world cup 100 card box and they never send it

I wanted to cancel my subscription and they took care of it right away. I didn’t have to jump through any hoops.

A complete con and fraudulent. Would only give refund if i give 5 stsrs on trust pilot. Avoid the company like the plague.
