Great material, great fit!
The material was very comfortable and fit perfectly! It is always tricky ordering from a new place, especially being on the bigger side. But the clothing fits very nicely and the emails were nice to have with regards to the shipping. Took a little longer than expected, but WORTH IT! And I thought the price was spot on.

The Pink Satin Jackets were rolled up &… damaged
The Pink Satin Jackets were rolled up & tossed into a plastic bag. The bag came open on the way the jackets were dirty. Satin wrinkles you cannot ship satin jackets in a bag. Satin jackets must be shipped in a box.

Poor customer service and misleading shipping dates
I had previously ordered and received a single custom-printed shirt. That time, they said there was an issue with the logo I uploaded, saying it wasn't a high enough quality image. I am a graphic designer! I know it was a very hi-res image and designed entirely to spec. But fine, the replacement logo they offered looked the same and I approved it. However, that stalled the shipping process quite a lot, though I did eventually receive the product and it looked good.
I made another order for 4 custom-printed shirts and 2 plain shirts. Same logo. I made this order when I did specificalyl because it said it would be delivered by a specific date, which was just prior to the day I needed them. They came back 2 different times, again saying the image wasn't hi-res. This time, they offered images that completely changed things in the logo! Obviously, that wasn't acceptable and through customer service emails over several days, I was able for them to just use the logo they ALREADY HAD APPROVED from my last order.
At this point, knowing how the shipment had been delayed previously, I asked if it would still be delivered on time, which was still weeks away. I got no reponse, but I did get regular email updates which continued to give the same shipping date. Great, right? No.
Two days before I was supposed to receive the shipment (and had gotten another email the day before confirming that) I get an email saying one of the items was out of stock and to update my order. It was one of the non-custom printed, plain shirts. They hadn't even shipped any of it yet. After approving the change to the order, I receive an email updating my shipping date another THREE WEEKS from then.
I wanted to call customer service, but there is no option to do that. So, I emailed and demanded they expedite the shipping, and received an email back asking me to AGAIN update the order to remove the out of stock item...WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE! No answer or response to my questions or demands.
Horrible customer service and useless if they are unable to meet their shipping dates the repeatedly say are happening until right before!
So, I'll be without my team jerseys for my dart team finals this weekend. Awesome.

I understand your frustration, especially with the timing around your event.
There were a few breakdowns here on our side. We should have communicated more clearly around the logo, including that adjustments were being made to the file rather than continuing to reflag it. We also should have aligned better internally so you were not receiving mixed messages from multiple reps.
On the delay, the out of stock item held the order until it was updated, and that should have been surfaced much earlier so you had time to make a decision without impacting your deadline.
