Great information about cars before going to the Junkyard!
It had detailed information on different cars that was very helpful before going to a junkyard to pull the best car engine with least mileage. I found one that had very low mileage and that gave me a red flag. Why is it in the junkyard? Possible engine damage since it did not have any accident! Another one had 100K mileage but was shown in the Epicvin report to be regularly serviced. Very helpful info.

bad information from the site
Title: Misleading trial and confusing cancellation between .co.uk and .com
I registered on EpicVIN to check a car history report because the website showed a low price for the service. After 3 days, a much higher amount of £59.99 was charged to my card.
The problem is that these subscription conditions were not clearly explained on the website during the purchase process. I believed I was paying only for a single report, not starting a subscription.
Another issue happened because I registered through the epicvin.co.uk website, but when I tried to cancel the service I ended up on epicvin.com. Because of this difference between the UK and .com websites, it was impossible for me to cancel the subscription in time.
When I contacted customer support, they said the subscription started automatically after the trial period. However, this was not clear during the purchase and the website navigation between .co.uk and .com is confusing for customers.
Although they confirmed that the subscription is now cancelled, £59.99 has already been charged to my card.
For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of £59.99, as the conditions were not clearly presented and the website structure made cancellation very difficult.
I hope EpicVIN will review this case and resolve it fairly.

EpicVin was a great tool in providing keen insight regarding a possible vehicle purchase. I tried the trial version and appreciated the detailed reports. While scouring the market, speaking with private owners, you never know what you're really stepping into. Everyone has their own perspectives and stories about their vehicles and their perceived value and status. The reports are so beneficial as they provided crucial, factual historical time markers for numerous vehicle owners, title transfers, maintenance updates, odometer readings, as well as national database insight on if any possible thefts, or accidents have occurred to the vehicle in question. As a result of accessing this tool, I was able to bypass financial loss due to a lack of honesty from a private owner. As a buyer I am grateful there are quality resources to expose lemon vehicles and unintegral private sellers. I would encourage any future buyer to utilize this tool as a part of their due diligence. You will not be disappointed!

I opted for the trial usage just to get a couple of reports without knowing they stored my card details and debited me $99.99 after 3 days and they refused to refund.
