Fantastic service. Highly recommend!!!!

Emailed a complaint around a week ago and still haven’t heard anything. I don’t believe in bad reviews I like to let the company make up for the short comings but since they failed to do that.
Do not use this company there customer service is none existent and a complete joke. Once they have your money there happy to wash there hands of you! Avoid at all cost!

Do not buy from this company, especially if you want a worktop that can handle anything above 46 degrees Celsius! They're falsley advertising pro coat and other epoxy resins as being able to coat worktops and not being clear on their website about the non heat resistant properties of their epoxy, which is useless if you want to put a freshly poured cup of coffee on. Their customer service is also really bad, as I complained about this and no refund offered, I was only told them that it can only withstand 46 degrees, after I'd already bought 5kg. What a waste of money!!!

This company are shocking! They have now offered for someone to speak to me from their customer service! Its only taken a bad review and 2 months later.

I have bought new resin as i tried 3 different times and same took more than 48hrs to dry. Not sure if it was possibly old stock perhaps. New to resin work. Encapsulated a photo which after 48 hours the underside is still not hardened ????

Paid over £300 and yet to receive it ! No-one has responded to any emails, it's been over 6 days since ordering..
They don't have a phone number, don't reply over EMAILS, nor social media.
I ordered tons and tons of Resin for 1 year from them, love the product but their customer service over the holidays is not ok...I have no idea if my 30L resin order is arriving at all at this point when I need it asap !

I received my order of crystal clear resin yesterday and just need help with the ratio, if i want to mix 100mls total how much resin and harderner do i need?

Epideco has been absolutely amazing I started resin at the start of lockdown for myself to make some things for my little boys bedrooms and ended up selling to my friends and family, I honest cannot fault theyr 2 day delivery it had never let me down I have never had a problem with delivery I have been quite lucky, I moved to Epideco after looking for a better resin that I was using and I found this resin works really well for the time you mix it to the time it cures the play time is so much greater than my last resin and even tho it’s really runny to start with it thickens up and even clear dries clear.
Honestly cannot fault them for the resin, for theyr prices or for theyr delivery service
