Amazing customer service

I don’t write reviews but needed to with this product. I would not recommend this product. I used it on a bar top, which includes a drink rail and bar rail. I followed the directions meticulously and had nothing but trouble with the way the product covered, and the final product. I had to coat the bar top three times and it still looks horrible. What an absolute waste of money and time! Epodex makes it sound like this is a DIY product, it clearly is not. Buyer beware.

We ordered epoxy flooring coating and bought enough to cover more than twice the prescribed square footage but when we installed it, it was thick like gel and didn't flatten or smooth out.
We wrote a short email to the company asking what went wrong and they explained the problem we had was due to not purchasing their kit or following the proper application.
They sent us out the materials we needed to correct our mistake at a discounted price, and directed us how to apply.
The new order was rush delivered and we got everything looking beautiful thanks to their help!

I was hesitant to buy a MicroCement kit online sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised by the product and support. I would recommend the product and the supporting team on the phones and email to guide you through the process and application. Thanks Nikola and Epodex!

The products are good but everything else needs lots of improvements. Customer service is a hit and miss and hard to get a hold of. Shipping is much slower than advertised and items come missing

Great product but very slow shipping and delivery

It was so easy and quick. Not being a painter, just an everyday mother, easy clean up and beautiful results.

I received my order but the bottle looks like it was dragged on the floor and the label is hard to read. I reached out to customer service, and reported the problem. Marko was very helpful and replaced the product.

Great product and great place. Didn't get my full order last time. (Missing dyes and separating tape) measuring cup came destroyed but that could've been the shipping company. Otherwise really clear epoxy and awesome product for my ocean table.

Quick delivery and easy to mix and use. I will say that the product stayed workable longer than I expected so I could have mixed more to begin with. Definitely need to dry the full 24 h before the second coat. I covered a black and white tiled wall and was happy to see it disappear with 2 coats

I bought the tape and spray, applied everything just like in the video instructional, but the tape wasn't sticking to the wood very well so reinforced it with duct tape. I filled a hole in my new live edge coffee table top with the colored epoxy/hardener, but it gradually leaked out through the tape and seeped between the bottom of coffee table top and the board it was resting on. Since it recommended 70 degree temp. I had to do the project inside my house, and it proceeded to drip on my floor and the top of coffee table as I was frantically trying to spoon the liquid out of hole and then carry it out to garage. Now I have sand the whole thing down to get the drip stains off and restain it. Total waste of several hours and about $75. No satisfaction guarantee here!

Complete waste of time, part of product arrived damaged, got misinformation about how to use product from customer service and have come to realize product scratches with only a fingernail. Wish I never bothered and cleanup is messy as well

Horrible product. Followed every step they instructed me with and the floor bubbled up all over the place, i had 3 professionals come out and check it for me and they all said that it wasn’t a moisture issue its was poor product! I reached out the epodex and they refused to give me any sort of refund, told me to order more from them at a discounted price as if that was going to fix my issue! Why would i get more BAD product??
