Porsche Boxster

I recently purchased a Boxster from Eporsch and to be honest I can’t fault either the buying experience or the quality of the car. John was honest and straightforward from day one. I had the car inspected by Nick Giles and the team carried out even more work then was highlighted by the inspection - well over £5k worth of prep work. They have a very professional way of working and clearly take pride in their work, the service they give customers and the final product they supply. John is way to communicate with and flexible in his approach and very easy to get in with. I would highly recommend Eporsch and intend to return to them for future servicing - thank you !

Great service & great labour rates

This company is so proactive whilst offering great labour rates & superb customer service. I couldn’t rate them high enough. They’ve looked after my last two Porsche’s & will now be my “go to” dealership with my latest acquisition

Good service

Recently bought a Macan here having used the workshop services for a previous car.John from sales was very good and knowledgeable.
Car battery went faulty after a month of purchase, but was sorted free of charge.
Thankful for the good service after getting the car there via jump starting.

2009 987.2 Boxster - my first 'modern' Porsche

Spotted a very clean, unusual spec (colour & trim) 987.2 Boxster for sale at ePorsche via Autotrader and after some initial messaging engagement with John Eeeles organised an inspection & test drive.

The vehicle in the metal was as tidy as it had appeared in photographs and drove well with all key features except the A/C functioning. I followed up with an offer dependent upon the non-functioning items being addressed. These were agreed to and ahead of full payment, I was provided with a proof of Invoice detailing the monies that had been spent by ePorsche which in the end exceeded the items that I had initially identified. The purchasing price remained as advertised and I followed through with the transaction, so a bit of a bargain. Dealing with John was free of the usual sales pressures and all of the other staff on site were personable. Very helpful too when it came to vehicle collection and temp storage. I've completed 1500m in the vehicle since collection two months prior to writing this review and so far my experience has been fault free, no warning lights, no new issues or failures to proceed which bodes well for my ongoing use of the Boxster as my default every other day, daily car.

I bought a Mercedes from Eporsch which…

I bought a Mercedes from Eporsch which was as per their advert prepared to highest standards. Turn out on my way home wiper stopped working with various warning lights. I decided to get the oil changed a few days after I got it. The oil filter had collapsed and broken down and clearly had not been done as promised by John. Another couple of days with less than 500 miles the engine developed a loud knocking which ended up costing a significant sum. Contacted both John and Roly and in typical used car dealer fashion I was basically ignored. No offer of any assistance whatsoever.
Now it wasn't a very expensive car but I would expect at a minimum the oil and filter would have been changed and part of the preparation.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service, from the initial booking through to the day of service, handy reminder sent a couple of days before. Super helpful and great service as they serviced my Porsche Cayenne in the time frame given. Thanks for the suggested checklist items that need to be done, cannot recommend this team enough!

I purchased a car from Eporsch

I purchased a car from Eporsch and on taking the car, a major issues arose with the car and this was after a number of smaller issues and the prep of the car being poor, for example poor painting and two very different coloured head lamps, radio not working etc, which they then refused to sort. This major issue resulted in the car needing major engine work, basically a rebuild. I guess one plus is Eporsch stood by the car, their warranty at the time and carried out the repair work needed, to a level, loaning me car as well while the work was completed. This is where is all get a little bit troubling for me, on return of the car they wanted me to sign a document that that i wasn't going to have the remainder of the warranty, they would only give me the paperwork for the engine work, if i left them a good review on here. Then behold the car had a number of issues on return and cost me an extra £1000 to sort, which they would have know about. I have decided based on them holding me to ransom to get the paperwork I will never be using them again and have updated my review accordingly. For clarity they offered to buy the car back and maybe I should have just taken the money and run.

My first Porsche and great experience.

My first Porsche, so a newby, filled with trepidation, and shall I shant I. John who sold it to me was great knowledgeable, and i noticed a few things when I test drove her, steering rack, breaks, servicing an MOT. All issues he said they were going to sort out before I picked her up were sorted, full major service, MOT extended for a year, brakes, steering rack and when I picked it up I was blown away by the Full Showroom valet that Dave had done. It looked Stunning, brand new and sounded awesome! a truly beautiful car, and some serious admiring looks from the general public. great experience. would thoroughly recommend.
