Abhishek was really friendly and helpful. We needed tom update our menu and he did it on time and professionally.

They never completed the website or finished setting up the POS sysytem. They lied trapping me in a contract that they would not help me out of, even though they had mis-sold their product. The account is settled and closed. I keep getting marketing phone calls from them. I have asked them to stop calling; but they ignore my request. I will never recommend or use EPOS DIRECT. -100 points.

The greatest shower of gangsters I have ever dealt with. By far the most unprofessional, lying, back street dealers I have ever had the misfortune of buying from. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. SIMPLY THE MOST USELESS SO CALLED COMPANY IN THIS PROFESSION.

Awful customer service. Never respond to my emails asking for updates to fix issues. Don't buy from here and find a reputable company. Avoid.

Great system, best staff and awesome support.

Never ever work with them.

They are lying abouth their software support, l purchased a new till system and they told me l don't need to pay anything else, but during integration they were very unprofessional can not make proper integration or when they are gry to make integration another part of the machine is broken. This is honest review do not believe fake ones. I am going pay more money just not to work with these people.

I bought their system for £1200 last year thinking I won't have to pay anything else but now they want to charge me £35 per month for support, Lic, software upgrade, when I refused they reduced to £25. If there is a subscription then why charge upfront. Spoke to eposnow and they gave their system with no upfront cost and subscription cost of £35 PCM which makes sense.

Most of the reviews below are fake as they are not even linked to the service they provide.

- The manager yells at you top of her voice and expect not to back answer even in a polite manner.
- The manager will call you an hour in advance almost everyday (while imparting training) without pay, and again they yell at you if you miss it even for a single day.
- No HR induction, no clarity given at the time of joining, and later on all its awkward work-culture will leave you stunned (especially the salary part)
- They release your salary in the next month (between 18 to 22), it means they block your salary for 20 days because of their higher attrition level.
- They penalize you 20 Rs for minuscule things like:
If you take break with your colleague (very awkward).
If you forget to close the door of the washroom.
If you forget to put break in & out

many things which are so awkward and not worthy to mention here, and asked me to treat as HR policies. Weird!!

- The best thing is that they party and treat their employees in restaurants, very often.

Suggestion - The company's owner should take feedback (actual one on one feedback) from each employee, to get clarity. The company's image is being spoiled because of a few people, which is measurable.

Terrible. Felt they just ripped us off by handing over old system which worked for couple of months and slowly died down.
Worst customer service which they have outsourced to some third party. I wish we had explored other options out in the market.

Will never recommend EPOS Direct or buy again for our other store

Just received a reply from after 10 month of my complain and all they offering is a voucher, I dont need any voucher, I want them to rectify my problem as per my satisfaction.

Useless, please never buy anything from them

System for use within pharmacy
We have had the system with us for nearly two weeks and are still unable to use it as the products from the C&D database are not found on the till system even though they are on the admin section. Everyday I raise this with technical support, and every day they say it will take a few minutes to solve yet the problem is still there at the end of the day. Furthermore our account manager Aziz has gone AWOL.

Dsouza a member of your team, has been outstanding in terms of assistance and gratitude, and I am quite pleased with the service I have received. Thank you so much for everything.

Terrible experience with this company. I purchased a point of sale system for my business at £1500 + VAT. I was told this was a one time purchase for both system and software (have email conversations confirming this). A few months down the line they emailed asking for £50 per month for continued use of the software or they will disable the till. They completely deceived me just for the sale of a till which is now completely useless without the software. They eventually stop replying to emails. I would avoid using them, they’re con artists.

These company is only interested in selling their new items and not considering at all about Enviormental friendly you buy new Epos which they are pushing me to buy and telling me to throw old one !!!!!!

I wrote a review a while back now about this company and basically I took it down because I was promised help with my set up. After finally sending some one out to help me, even the man said this was not ideal for a beauty salon. It was then agreed that I could send it back for a FULL refund. This was about four weeks ago now and I have still not had a refund! They are quick enough to take your money but not refund it! I am owed over £600 and they aren't doing anything about this. My salon has been hot hard with covid like many other businesses and they are just hanging to my money when I really need it back. This has been going on since may this year! so gutted I saw these advertised

Never going to order from this company again, they are grabbing money, they are thief. I did a big mistake from getting epos till from them, the system is horrible, and they only grab money.

Reply: So why did you call me and where did you get my mobile number if you can't identify me. And you are definitely a company that I got very very bad experience and everything on top is 100% true.
