Scammers. i have been trying to get my money back. I was told on the 4th that my money will be in my account within 4 to 5 days. For two weeks, they are just put me in touch with different people and said someone would get back to me. Guys read your contract properly, you will be tied for over five years or more

11/3/26 I am still waiting for my money to be returned, promised and noone has contacted me after several calls and email. I must get my money. 8/1/26I received a message saying my ticket has been closed, but I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I call, I am either cut off or kept on hold for a long time and then disconnected. I have received no product or service from this company—I only paid a deposit and have been trying to get my money back. I strongly advise only paying this company by card.

After reviewing the contract I received, I was not comfortable proceeding and decided to decline. I had already paid a deposit of £216 to the following account in order to access a promotion:

Since cancelling, I have been requesting a refund, but it has now been over one month I am still waiting for the refund to be processed.

From the message below and many phone calls, i have been told my refund will be processed soon.

Technical support staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues, would 100% recommend to other retailers

This company sold me a system with an upfront fee of £720 was told no license would be required as I paid upfront now asking for £360. See email below they sent me when done the sale pitch.

So rubbish never buys anything from them they lies to customers and send cheaper computer I’m trying to returning almost a month but no one reply or answer as soon as they find out who’s on phone they hang up .
