I was scammed by the company by paying…

I was scammed by the company by paying upfront 1200 pounds for a till and this payment was for one off for a lifetime product, 12 months down the line the company was asking a software update of 30 pounds monthly payment which I think it is a rip off. I was convinced by their sale agent to opt for a one off payment as long term will be saving money, I could have bought the same product with a monthly payment of 40 pounds over two years. I contact the manager who promised to call me back and still waiting for his call, please stay away from this company as they are bunches of crooks.

I have been using EPOS Direct for years…

I have been using EPOS Direct for years now, and I could not imagine running my restaurant without it. The hardware is sleek and reliable, and the software is intuitive. The reporting features are particularly helpful as they give us a good insight into sales trends and inventory levels. Moreover, the support team is outstanding—always available and very knowledgeable. I am highly satisfied with their service!

Extremely dissatisfied with EPOS DIRECT

We are extremely dissatisfied with this service. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be left waiting for weeks, if not months, for a resolution. Despite making countless promises, their remote support team always tells you to "check with the developer" and advises you to follow up later. It feels like they’ve created the most complicated software in existence, with no real solutions in sight. They just keep passing you around in circles, and once you're stuck with them, you're essentially left on your own. Do not choose them for your system.
