No Updates, No Help, No Parcel
My international order was shipped on April 2. The last tracking update was on April 6: “Arrived at Consolidation Center. Processing will take up to 3 business days. ANAHEIM, CA, United States.”
Today is May 5, and there has been no update since then. The seller told me they had experienced multiple issues with this ePost service for international customers. I also tried using the automatic assistant on the shipping company’s website. It was completely useless, the level of the assistant felt like a basic chatbot from 2015. It only gave generic replies and made it impossible to get any real information about the parcel.
