I have purchased products on their website, the delivery was indicated 2 working days. After first working day I have telephoned to the shop to get any update since I need to make arrangements for jobs with the product I ordered. A Dutch woman rudely said I must send an email to their info@ address, and she cannot answer my questions, she needs to pack the orders now. That is their customer service line! How unprofessional and rude! After whole day of back and forth, they replied via email to say my delivery will happen anywhere next day, and after 9am she will telephone me again to advise on delivery timeslot. I have told them that I gave the key to my neighbour and to ring their door for deliver before 4pm. No phone call received. 11 am I am calling back, same woman with rude answers, saying she cannot confirm any delivery timeslots, contrary to her own email a day before. I am at a loss why they call this a customer service. I cannot make my neigbors wait indefinitely for their driver without any tracking or timeslow for 45 euro delivery fee. Therefore I said I have to cancel order immediately then right there, to which she replies again I need to send an email to info@. I have sent an email to say I am cancelling an order. After this email I am receiving another email from the same woman saying they are now driving to my apartment with delivery scheduled between 12:45 and 14:45. I said ok. Nobody turned up. My neighbors waited until 4:30pm. Next day same woman emails claiming my apartment poses a problem for delivery so they will bring. my oder to their shop for collection, after I paid 45 euro for delivery! This is a blunt lie, my apartment is delivered to by hundreds of contractors and couriers daily, I receive orders and deliveries all the time. I have emailed back - third day of hassles now - to explain this to her. No responce received whatsoever. The shop is illegally refusing to refund my money for a cancelled order, and I will never use them again. They are rude to customers!!!! I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Do not pay with iDeal!
