Payed extra for 24h tracked ordered friday around 3:30 it arrived Thursday and was 48hr tracked, i get not posting it till Monday so should of got to me Tuesday

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. Ordered an in stock item on a Friday. I emailed to ask if it has been dispatched on Monday and they confirmed that they have. Royal Mail tracking shows that item was actually dispatched on Wednesday. Lying and delaying shipment whereas other companies ship almost same day. I didn’t expect it to be dispatched Friday but Monday at the very least.
