I bought a printer a few months ago, it cant connect to the wifi the second time im using it. It did not come with a cable. I cant print my documents at home. It sucks. Dont buy from this company.
Bought an Epson Workforce WF-2810DWF WiFi printer in 2021 for home use and after 6 months it did not recognize the cartridge anymore. Sent it in for repair and after another 8 months, same problem. Epson refuses to repair the printer because it's outside of the guarantee period (repairs don't count?!). Apart from the very poor customer service level of Epson, the printer itself can also not be recommended since the print quality is also very poor. Definitely the last Epson printer in my lifetime.
