I placed my order late on 01/04/2024 of some receiver gloves and some flag tags.
I got phoned the following morning to say they didn't have the coloured tags in my size and they provided multiple solutions on the spot to rectify the issue.
The order arrived, well packed, the following day. I will be using these again.

Ordered some football pads that were out of stock, promptly got an email from a member of the team asking if I wanted to instead order a similar product or wait for the product that I ordered to return back in stock. I chose the latter, after months I emailed them back saying my item still hasn't been dispatched and I requested a refund. The same team member emailed me back apologing for the inconvenience and I received a refund within the following days. A shame that I didn't get the product in the end, but the customer service and refund made up for it.
