Think before you buy from EPTO.ES

On 26 th September we bought and paid for an outside table with four chairs which cost 336.90 euros
These items should have been delivered in 4/5 days according to there website
Items were not delivered
I attempted to contact the company but after about 12 emails I again looked at my account on it said items lost
The items would be delivered on 10 th October
Items not delivered
I again looked at my account
Items now to be delivered between 16/19 October
Not bad for a 4/5 delivery date
I again sent messages to there head office in Italy but again got no reply
It would be nice if Epto.es read this review and check my purchase no 265136 and tell me exactly where my items are
Customer service is terrible
Please think before purchasing from this company

No email response until we called personaly

The article was supposedly arriving in one week, but we recieve an email that the article want in stock anymore and that we had to notify them in 24hours whether we wanted to wait or cancel the order. When sending email to cancel, no response arrived. We are waiting for a response tomorrow. We called today and by telephone it was canceled fast. Waiting for the moment for the refund
