Buyer beware

I ordered & paid for Aniwell Filtabac on the 15th of July. I have yet to receive it and we're now in October. They refuse to give me a refund. They send long wittering emails that fail to answer a simple query.
I'd just like my £55 back. We're a registered charity and can't afford to have money 'on hold'. I seriously wonder if this company is a scam?

Fantastic set of Alan Davies brushes

Fantastic brushes, bought as a gift for my wife. I also have a set of Alan Davies brushes and they really do the job very well, our horses coats look really clean and shiny. Well worth the money. Fantastic products and service

I have used Eqclusive brushes regularly for a year now and I've turned from someone who didn't really care about grooming to obsessed! The finish and shine I can get from my pony's coat by grooming for a few minutes is addictive. And he really enjoys the pampering. I rarely bath him now which is impressive and people are always shocked when I tell them I haven't used any sprays, just brushes. I use the Pro-Diamond range on his mane, tail and feather with amazing results. Pro-Fro and Pro-Pedi are a must for his hooves - even my farrier has commented on how the hoof quality has improved since I started using them. The website doesn't just sell grooming products there are many carefully selected brands and products that share the same core values Marta founded Eqclusive on. Orders arrive in a timely manner and should there be an unexpected delay the communication is spot on.

The Best Grooming Products!

Marta and her Eqclusive team are amazing! I learned about Eqclusive when I saw their patented brush sets featured on an influencer's YouTube channel. I'm someone who enjoys grooming my horses, so I invested in the Chestnut Horse Brush Pack and some of their Pro Diamond sprays and washes. The products are top notch! Marta certainly knows what works best! My horses love the Eqclusive curry comb, and their coats have never looked better!

In regards to my shopping experience, the website is fairly easy to navigate, the checkout process is super easy, though I wish that I could use PayPal Pay in 4 on my purchases. Shipping time is reasonable considering I'm in the US and these products ship out of the UK. My orders are always packed with care and intact, even when the postal service destroys the cardboard box it's been shipped in.

Overall, I love this company and the people in it! Forever customer!

Too long to deliver

While I got nice, friendly emails from Marta, unfortunatey my delivery took nearly three weeks to arrive. Eqclusive is a curation site and does not appear to hold stock. So if you want something quick, don't order from here. If you're prepared to wait then the product will arrive.

Shocking company... if only I could give zero stars

I am sorry, but this company has to be the biggest scam?

I ordered the Filtabac Aniwell Suncream back in June (and this was before it was changed to a 'pre-order. It was never a product I would have pre ordered as I needed it or something similar then and there to protect my horses nose) and since then I have received multiple overbearingly friendly emails stating the next scheduled delivery date, which are continuously being pushed further and further back. First it was the 19th July now apparently its the 23rd September.

I am now being told I am unable to cancel my order and receive my money back?

As outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have the right to terminate a purchase I haven't received and obtain a full refund.

I understand that there has been stock issues with the product, I am not disputing that here. However, I am angry that this company has seemingly jumped on the fact there is stock issues with a popular product as a way of getting consumers money quickly. They have either now shot themselves in the foot and can't just be an honest company to apologise for the fact this product is not going to come available anytime time soon and offer people's money back.. OR they are just scammers.

I am taking this further as I have connections in consumer law and will update my review in due course.

Ground breaking brand

Eqclusive had made a great impact on me since launching. They have super products and I totally trust their ethos and the quality of the products they sell. I have a grey horse and the difference their brushes have made to our grooming regime is amazing. I love their 'Pro...' range of grooming products and would love to try their 'Fairy Tails' range but just a wee bit out of my price range at the moment. Fantastic products worth the money

I have been a customer of eqclusive since the start of there business and have found there helpful advice on buying there products invaluable, I have tried over the time quite a few products from there luxury brushes which are all you need believe me I’ve given away most of my old brushes never would I have thought theses were all I needed until now , the horse shampoo and other products are top notch they do exactly what is needed and any advice is close at hand , delivery is pretty quick and there’s always lots on offer , all I can say is don’t be fooled by similar products theses in my opinion are top of the spectrum when it comes to equine essentials
