Struggled to hear

Good staff - accent training needed

Customer helpline staff have always been very knowledgeable and courteous. Have had a small problem understanding someone due to their accent, however she maintained her polite attitude and we got the task completed.

Utterly incompetent - cannot be trusted with your savings.

Complained about not being able to put any bank details in online - they called to say this had been sorted out - so I tried to put bank account details in and the problem still persists.

Stop harassing me for further details, I've already lodged a complaint (my second on the same issue) - presumably you only do this to have reviews taken down if people don't respond).
