Terrible company

Our company tried to cancel our contract as we no longer needed the service and the sales person setup a call to negotiate it and then after we declined they then said we had to pay and passed it to a debt collector.

For reference an old employee that didn't have authorisation and was not a director signed the contract. The employee left and they emailed her the renewal invoice. They had no reply and let the notice period lapse and then tried to have a sales call and then when we said we don't even use the service they tried to take us to court.
