Great fruit & vegetables and they handle feedback very well.
Regarding the feedback, I gave them a negative feedback directly on not being able to know when my package was coming and in about 1 week they got it fixed by creating a feature stating that. Coincidence or not, they solved the only issue I had with their service. Thanks Equal Food!

Don't recommend, poor quality
1) They did not consider the note about the delivery time, did not inform in advance of the delivery time and delivered it without any note at the time they wanted.
2) Cabaz had vegetables that were already spoiled, and all cucumbers and cabbages went to the trash.
3) Over-priced for this quality and quantity. The majority of space was taken by the cheapest potato and onion.

About the delivery, unfortunately we aren't able to accommodate our Equal Foodies's specific needs in terms of time of delivery. In fact, our delivery routes and schedule is prepared only on the day before our baskets are sent. This happens because we deliver on Tuesdays and accept orders until sundays at 11:59pm. Depending on the orders we have, the routes are prepared. As soon as we have the delivery time for each order, we immediately share it with our customers.
We do, however, offer several options when our customers aren't home at the time of delivery and are always available by e-mail to help them sort out any constraints.
Concerning the quality of our products, we are very sorry to learn that some of them weren't in proper conditions. We aim to fight food waste, not contributing to it. Your feedback has been shared with our team so that this issue can be avoided in the future.
Finally, we are happy to share with you an analysis we regularly do, comparing the price of our basket with five other stores on the market.
Comparing the price of the Padrão basket we are sending next week to our customers, we found that ours is 28 to 80% cheaper.

They deliver my veg and fruit baskets weekly. It's a great service from a great company. Always fresh produce. Good quality. Delivery team leaves it by the door even (I asked!) when I'm not in, so it's frictionless.
