Being an employee at Equator Personnel…

Being an employee at Equator Personnel Ltd makes everything great to me. This is a CQC company that meets my needs. Their working relation with employees is a top notch. They give out shifts without being biased. They've given me room to exercise my duties and responsibilities by putting my skills and experience into practice. If today,I'm given an option,I would choose Equator Personnel Ltd over and over again. Thanks EPL for giving me/us an opportunity for being part of you.

Equator personnel Ltd is an Agency that cares for its workers and embrace seriousness in its jurisdiction of Working area.It is centred in quality care to humanity.To the aged,workers are trained to handle them with care and love as they meet their daily needs and to the disabled it gives an extra hand of ability and hope.

MY REVIEW FOR EQUATOR PERSONNEL

Generally, the Company is good in terms of updates, allocation of shifts and the general communication.They also insist on following strictly the rules and regulations of Care giving. They also insist that their carers should always be smart, punctual and respectful. When having a personal need as a worker, they are always there to listen and help. I would strongly recommend the company. However, there is a room for improvement though, I would really recommend that the company, if possible, to be paying their workers after every two weeks or at least on the last Friday of every month.
