Ordered ariat ruby jeans on Saturday am & received notification on Monday that they would arrive on Tuesday between 4.30-5.30 & they arrived at 4.50. I've ordered leisure clothing from Equestrian.com several times and have always been pleased with the products and service. The latest order arrived very quickly with a delivery service which gave me an hour delivery window and stuck to it (unlike cheap couriers who rarely manage to deliver on the correct day, let alone within the specified hour). Does exactly what is says on the tin.......
To be honest it had been a while since I purchased from these guys due to the fact I am unfortunately horse-less........however as I receive regular e mails about all current sales and offers, I spotted a super pair of boots in the sale.
I had a bit of trouble placing my order,mainly due to the usual forgotten passwords etc etc - I recieved an e mail before I even asked for help, as the customer service guys had noticed I was struggling.
Order placed and in possession of a cracking pair of discounted boots within 48 hours!
What's not to like, right?
Have already had numerous compliments and enquiries about said boots......you don't have to be totally horsey to get great value and service from equestrian sites. : )))

Excellent company, speedy efficient...top class
Iv used this company before and always found it good but this time the service was awesome. I ordered and returned 3 times before finding the right size (not their fault at all) and the returns procedure is so quick & uncomplicated I was well impressed, I also phoned and found the receptionist very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Long riding boots - faulty
I very recently had to return Saxon Equileather long riding boots, because they were peeling after little more than a months use (despite buying about 6 months ago). I was to be honest very apprehensive of being believed and did think it would be a lost cause, but I contacted anyway.
After about a month or two of CONSTANT communication, they were very good at replying, and quite a few times just emailing to update (without a poke from me at times) of how my order was being closely looked at the product to determine if it was faulty or not.
Only yesterday, Equestrian.com emailed me back saying that the manufacturers have not found a manufacturers fault with them, and they will be emailing me again with the report of their findings, which is very good as i am intrigued to know what they have supposedly not found when they are very clearly faulty.
When reading that line in my email, my heart was sinking with , here we go again customer service these days are non existant, and instead they have agreed with me and agreed that the boots should not have deterioated in such a way and gave me three options to move forward with, exchange, replacement or credit note. I opted for the credit note and less than 24 hours they have arranged the code i need to type into when choosing another product. I am absolutely thrilled with this result, because i do understand from a companies point of view that it is very difficult to trust customers who do abuse customer service, but as an honest buyer, and have bought a fair amount off of them before, I cannot be more happy with this company.
Despite the difficulties i had, no company or buyer has ever got away with difficulties in life such as these, so it is very very frustrating when they happen, but they have dealt with it stupendously well! Customer service at it's highest and most fantastic. I will now be telling my neighbour who is about to order a load of stuff (had been holding on recommending depending on the outcome of these boots) but will tell them to say yes go with these people because I actually believe that they have been more than generous and have looked after me as a customer, which unfortunately does not happen very often now a days.
I am ordering some new boots with my credit note and actually adding a little bit more money to the bill to get some hopefully more decent boots than the previous! They have certainly earned and kept me as a buyer, won't be hesitating to buying from now on, and shall be spreading the word and my story to all who ask and on my social networking sites.
Thank you Equestrian.com you have been fantastic, just a shame the product wasn't up to scratch. Your hard work and customer service most certainly hasn't gone unnoticed!

Never order from them
Equestrian.com are thieves. I made my order and all seemed well, when I got the products they were wrapped in black plastic bags without return slips. After seeing the poor quality of the products (the belt was not as advertised and the boots were 2 sizes small and poorly made) I sent them back, mind you I do not live in the UK so shipping takes time, and Equestrian.com will not refund me for the boots as they say it's been over 30 days. They will not respond to emails. Be very careful when ordering from this company.

Got there in the end thanks to great customer service
I have been using equestrian clearance for quite a long while and always found their products and delivery service to be fabulous. I recently ordered a new riding hat size 55 and I was sent size 61. I rang customer services and they promptly arranged for the incorrect size to be collected at the same time as delivering the correct size hat. I can now say I am thrilled to bits with my new hat and I have already ordered more stuff which I can't wait to get. If you do have any issues, then contact the lovely girls in customer services.

Excellent service
Very pleased with the service. Did wonder after reading a few of the negative reviews on here but I had ordered items before so decided to go ahead. Well I have to say that the speed of delivery was fantastic!
The polo top I ordered was also a great fit and was the cheapest online even including postage.
Overall a great shopping experience.

You can't believe a word they say
What a complete shower you are. After umpteen emails and telephone calls to you, yes Hannah and Laura......., you have still not refunded me the £17.97 I am out of pocket in postage (receipts sent) for the wrong boots you sent me. And before you say you need my order details - it was Order Number: 3415414. I have also read the numerous complaints on Trust Pilot where you explain "I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you, unfortunately we have been experiencing some system issues over the last week or so which has caused some delays in our work load" to anyone that does complain. Never have you actually carried out the actions promised either directly on the phone or by emails. I will never purchase from you again and hope this message warns other would-be customers.
UPDATE:- Still no phone call from Laura or Hannah and no refund either - there's a surprise! I also checked my answerphone and no message has been left. No phone call at all from you as it would register on my caller i.d. It isn't about the money now but a matter of principle as you are ripping people off.
