Fabulous communication and customer

Fabulous communication and customer services. I bought one of the head torch’s, ready for winter riding. Which when I came to use it the front light wasn’t working. I got in touch, great and fast response . Sent me a replacement out asap with no extra cost.
I would definitely recommend this company to friends.
Superb product. Great for horse riding with in the dark

The BEST Customer service experience

I cannot commend the customer service enough for Equi-light. Backwards and forwards we went with emails and measurements, and dog coats till we got the right size for both - and Rebecca was helpful to the last. I've got the lighted gilet and the dogs are constantly on the yard in the dark, so being able to see them is a godsend. These products, and the company that sells them get 100% from me every time.

The best service, product and value for £

What made my experience so good was the highest level of customer service. I don't just mean they packed and sent my order fast, I mean they notified me, they delivered both value for £ and outstanding quality of products. People stop me out riding and ask where I got the products from. This business is one that has value ! Thank you for keeping us safe on the roads.

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service. I received a Gilet as a Christmas present which was too small and were refused an exchange as it was bought too early. I appreciate there have to be time limits on exchanges but most companies extend this at Christmas time and a little bit of goodwill never does any harm, especially as we messaged as soon as the gilet was gifted/received. It was bought ‘early’, in November!!, to spread the cost of Christmas in this cost of living crisis, we’re now nearly £100 down with nothing to show for it.
As a previous repeat customer and someone who regularly recommended your headbands I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now.
Oh and for the avoidance of any doubt, their sizes come up small, for anyone wondering!

Where and how have you requested the order info? You havent asked me here and neither have you asked my partner who purchased it.
I said ‘nearly £100’ because whilst I am aware that it doesn’t cost exactly £100 it is near that amount and at the time of writing I was unable to check. Either way too much to lose on an item I can not wear.
I was surprised when I was told you wouldn't exchange the item, I admit. However that is what the response to my partner was!

Just wondering where you bought one of our products from as we do accept exchanges as per our terms and conditions and we have no record of any Email, Facebook and Instagram message from you.

As a small business we work hard to bring a high level of customer service with any interactions with have with customers online and in person and do have an extended period for exchanges of the festive period.

I have requested for the order information for this purchase. Our Hi-Viz does not cost £100 so something is a miss here for sure.

We also do accept returns on gifts which is very common over the festive period and have done exchanges for different sizes from orders as far back October at HOYS because the products were bought as gifts for Christmas.

All that is asked as per the terms and conditions is that the customer pays for the returned item and the new item label.

This person was asked to contact us via email 10 days ago but hasn’t to resolved this issue. We have checked with the team and no one has refused to any product for exchange and have manually checked ourselves. The conclusion we have some to with this is that this is someone who hasn’t contacted us and just wanted to damage a small business by writing an untrue review which is very disappointing to see.

The best hi-viz out there!

The equi-light hi-viz vest has quickly become my favourite item of riding gear and I wouldn’t ride without it now! It’s so comfortable I forget it’s there, holds my phone and plenty of pony treats, and looks much more appealing than my old hi-viz! I wear a small vest (size 8-10) which fits comfortably over a t-shirt, but also works over coats due to the adjustability! Definitely recommend.

A+ Product, People and Service!

Amazing product, don’t know how I lived without one before!
Also cannot speak any more highly of the people behind the company and the customer service - I had one light that seemed a little dim and they sent me out 2 replacement lights straight away which were with me the next days. A+++

Very good customer service

I believe this is a new small company selling hats and headbands with led lights. I have bought two so far the product seems very well made and easy to use. I had an issue with one of the headbands so got in touch they were extremely helpful very fast in replying and the issue was resolves in minutes. They are very good with delivery and packaging.
I wish them well in the future as they deserve to do well keep up the good customer service.
