cALLED AND ANSWERED MANY QUESTIONS FOLLOWING WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE CLOSED. CALL BACK LATER

I signed up for their “ family credit monitoring”. Did everything right and my spouses monitoring didn’t work. Within less than 24 hours I called and requested help which they couldn’t provide. I then said I want to cancel this service and per your policy I want a refund. They said that they couldn’t do a t refund; but my service would be active for a month. I went into the app and canceled while on the phone and they still refused my refund, still saying that although I cancelled my service would still be accessible for the thirty days. I submitted a complaint to my credit card company; and they are taking it from here. They are the worst; and I had another credit monitor for over 4 years I had absolutely no issues with. I went back to them.

I cancelled the morning of my renew date. Was supposed to the day before. My low score is because of the utter coldness in this. I have now cancelled but they won't even consider a refund even though I thought was cancelling on the right day. They said they have no way of refunding. I don't believe this. It's greedy.

This company is the worst credit reporting company! They have lost my credentials 3 times and we've had to go through this long, drawn out procedure to reset everything. Their people are inexperienced and I'll have to ask for help from 2 or 3 before I get the help I need. Or they'll ask if they can help me with my problem rather than fix the problem with my account. Ridiculous!
