Great customer service & Fast delivery.

I recently purchased a few items from Equillence and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. They offer top quality products that are durable and comfortable, making them perfect for both everyday and competition use. Their product range suits everything from my daughters jumping pony, to my husbands racehorse.
The lady I spoke to was very helpful on the phone, and offered the best advice for my horse's needs. The items also arrived the following day.

I recommend Equillence to anyone looking for high-quality equestrian gear. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Claire is very knowledgeable about her products and offered advice about what would work best for my horse. I needed the product quickly, and Claire was able to offer me same day collection.

I ordered a bespoke rg Italy cooler rug and saddle cloth from Clare at equillence , Ireland,
Upon placing my order Clare said they were waiting to start making them as soon as I paid , and they would be with me within 7 days , 4 weeks later and they turned up in the wrong colours despite me sending a picture of the said items , and her response was that on her computer they looked a different colour and if I wanted the colour I had actualy ordered then I would have to pay more money , bearing in mind I had already paid £330 , so I asked for a refund as they were not what I ordered , and she initially refused to give me one , so when I asked for various bits of paperwork and threatened to take her to court she agreed to a refund...
I posted the items back to her at a cost of £28 , and after 2 weeks I asked where was my refund as it wasn’t showing in the account. , she said she had done it and when I asked for the date of the refund her reply was ‘ keep checking your account it will turn up ‘ !!!!
I then asked for my postage costs too as she had not refunded them and her reply was ‘ I think I’ve been fair enough with you have a happy life and annoy somebody else ‘ !!!!!
Bearing in mind she ordered the wrong colours not me , and this whole process had been going on for 3 months. , so I’m not sure where her attitude came from and for a so called high end top notch equestrian gear supplier , then her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired..
I most certainly would advise anybody considering ordering from her to think carefully , as once she takes your money then she fails to return calls and offers no after sales service
I have kept screen shots of all our conversations , so beware of the seller with a forked tongue
