I have just completed the Trauma informed equine well being coaching course by Equimotional. It has been a journey from start to finish. When I saw the course advertised I knew that this was the path I wanted to take, so I went for it, and it didn’t disappoint. I was apprehensive at first, not knowing what to expect but my nerves were put at ease straight away. Charlie and Flick have a wealth of knowledge and were happy to answer all questions that were thrown at them. They’re both so passionate about their work, which made the modules a joy to work through. Being a visual learner I was worried I would be overwhelmed with the work load, but although there is plenty to keep you busy it’s set out in manageable chunks. I particularly enjoyed listening to the Ted Talks. If you want a course that is person centred, non-pathologising and truly helps the client regain empowerment and connection through the magic of horses then this is definitely for you.

I have just completed the Equimotional Equine Wellbeing Coaching course and found it to be an incredibly insightful and engaging experience.

Charlie and Flick are absolutely amazing – always there to support with any issues, questions, or concerns. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication shine through in everything they do, and their quick responses.

The lessons were well structured and covered key topics that are directly relevant to both personal growth and working with young people. The course materials are brilliant – easy to understand and incredibly practical. I worked through all four mindfulness workbooks over the weekend and was blown away by how much of a positive shift they created for me, both personally and professionally.

The tools and approaches shared in the course have already begun to shift my mindset in a really positive way. I feel more grounded, more reflective, and better equipped to support others with empathy and presence. This course has genuinely made a difference – to my work, to my mindset, and to how I approach each day.

The additional resources – worksheets, workbooks, and continually updated materials – are amazing. I’ve purchased several and now use them daily with the young people I support. They’ve become essential tools in our sessions and have enriched the way I work.

This course has not only enhanced my practice but has had a deep personal impact as well. The support you receive throughout is beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I genuinely feel part of something special – thank you for letting me be part of your amazing army!

I have ordered many items from Equimotion over a number of years and the service and quality of the publications is outstanding.

On a path of self-discovery, following a call to learn more to "help" people close to me, and in time, people unknown to me, I came across this course. It instantly stood apart, imparting a simple sense of "let's empower people" as opposed to "fix" or "label" them, and I knew I had to jump on board. I went in with pretty high expectations to be brutally honest. The course itself has so far lived up to exactly what I hoped it would deliver. A genuine series of topics, delivered with humility and compassion, attracting people with a common interest without excluding any of their unique insights. The result is empowering theory, a unique network and a safe place to practice together. For me, authentic coaches, and authentic material was key, and a network that was unafraid to evolve, be wrong and grow; all of which you get when you sign up. In a sentance, if you genuinely want to empower people to help themselves, you need to be willing to re-learn how to almost every time you meet someone, as well as how to honor your own authenticity and wellbeing along the way. If you are curious, don't wait! You won't regret learning with equimotional, and I guarantee you will learn something whatever walk of life you show up from.

The instructors were knowledgeable, engaging and supportive. Both Charlie and Flick had a teaching style that made trauma approached topics easy to understand. The course also includes amazing resources and they constantly update and add new relevant materials.
I have learnt lots of new techniques and have the knowledge now to help me professionally in the future.

I can’t put into words how amazing the equimotional coaching and army is !.
It was our local care inspector what actually recommended this course to me during an inspection. So I looked into it and decided this was for me . I joined the course in September and it’s fantastic . I am SO excited !.
