Everyone that I was in communication with was incredibly friendly and helpful, making adjustments to my requests and quotes quickly. The items I was looking for were not initially visible on their website and they were quick to reply to my enquiry as to their availability. The entire process of requesting a quote, ordering and receiving the delivery in Spain only took about 2 weeks, and was so easy.
I will definitely use them again!

We have been with EquipMySchool for many, many years and their service has always been excellent. We continue to use them because compared with other providers, and we are required to do comparisons from time to time to ensure value vs outcomes, EquipMySchool comes out the best for us. Queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and having a dedicated Client Care Specialist means the service feels personal too.

We moved over to the EquipMySchool ordering portal about four years ago and it has made our whole ordering process so much easier to manage as a school. We have two sea-freight deliveries a year so we are in frequent contact with our very capable and efficient Client Care Specialist who sorts out all our queries or problems ensuring our orders are as complete as possible before shipment.

I appreciate many aspects of the EquipMySchool service.
They simplify the challenge of acquiring school goods from multiple overseas vendors and even have the flexibility to order from providers that they are not affiliated with.

EquipMySchool provides to the International School around the Globe with quality books, sports equipment and educational resources and also freight consolidation service. Their financial position is strong. They have genuine staff with great experience and very responsive. Honesty is the best.

As a new bursar I was extremely keen to ensure that the school order in my first year arrived on time and accurately. The EMS order met this by 99.9%. Teachers commented on this being the first time they had arrived back in mid August to find everything waiting for them.

The process is straightforward and ends up being quite enjoyable as allows staff to 'spend someone else's money'!

Overall, I couldn't fault EMS and will be using them again this year.
