Awful company with no customer service…
Awful company with no customer service skills. Won’t talk over the phone, instead send strange messages at night. Obviously a small tin pot company who shouldn’t be in business.

For future customers reading this review, the above customer unfortunately tried cancel an order (that they placed on Wednesday) after our office had closed on a Friday. As we widely advertise, the order had already been dispatched the day after the order was placed. We regardless attempted to alert the customer of the shipping fees applicable in the event of such a late cancellation, at around 7pm, and rerouted the pallet so it didn't arrive at the customers address. We are now awaiting the return of our items to be able to process a refund.
Product great - NOT next day delivery
The flooring is great (so far) but I ordered from Equipped (rather than others) on the basis of the heavily advertised 'next day' delivery. Delivery is actually 5 days. The marketing is very misleading and will result in a poor customer experience which would be a shame as the company and product seem good.

Great mats with super fast delivery
Great mats with super fast delivery. Do note that it is pallet delivered with a pallet truck so they'll only take it on the flat or up or down a dropped kerb. It was exactly where I wanted it anyway but just something to bare in mind if you live somewhere with roadside parking only for example. Pricing was very competitive only being matched by gym sets I believe but that's only while they have a sale on like now. The mats also look great when down, there is a little clip you can get for the bottom to hold them together but they do hold well even without those if used in an enclosed space. I put them in my shed and they stay together perfectly in there even without the clips.

Really good quality
I ordered a custom weights & rack set, a weight bench and some plate weights. The weight bench is really good quality, as are the weights. Not opened the rack yet, but everything else is really good quality so Im expecting the rack to be.
Had an initial issue with delivery and communication from the courier. Which is a shame because the equipment is better than I expected it to be.
