This company based in Ireland are a bunch of crooks. Paid to rent one of there apparently super tendon boots and told that if the mare did not tolerate it or it could not be used for any reason then the rental would be refunded and we would just pay shipping. Well after two attempts and two huge ulcers caused by the boot we gave up. But when it came to return it and be issued with a refund instead the company ignored us for a while, then finally sent us the return address along with two further invoices (as apparently the return was overdue) and advised that we were not entitled to a refund. Personally I am holding out and will sell it online to an owner of a leathery skinned horse to reap my cost back. But one should not really have to resort to such measures. Now I see why they are based in Ireland but serving a UK market so that they are exempt from us claiming via the court system.
