Worth the Wait
Ordering from the US meant that it was a long wait for my browband to arrive. It was, however, absolutely worth it. The browband is utterly stunning; high quality and just as blingy as I wanted it to be. I would definitely order again.

Very pretty, but poor fit.
I specifically asked fit and I was assured the browband would fit my bridle. When it arrived it there was no way to make it fit. The pearls and crystals are beautiful. I wish it could have worked. They do not offer returns, only exchanges. In light of the the lack of any padding on the back, I have decided to just call it a loss.

Hi Joan,
I’m sorry you were disappointed in your order. When you emailed me asking about browband loop sizes I advised that we had two different sizes 1.5” or 2.5”, you ordered your browband with 1.5” loops. On your email when you said it didn’t fit, I advised to exchange for the bigger size loops.
Browbands are all handmade to order so we do not offer returns but as a gesture of good will we do offer exchanges, this is made clear both in our returns policy and also on each product page. Our standard browbands are backed with English leather, if you had wanted something more padded then I would have advised our inset browbands which are extra padded.
