I'm glad you love your new pearl browband. As you ordered a pearl browband, they do not come with spares as they are on a string so it's impossible for them to fall out. As stated in the 'How To' card. We only include spare 6mm Preciosa crystals. However they do all come with a year guarantee and even after the year we are happy to repair it, we host ask for a small fee dependent on damage. I'm sorry that you are disappointed in your experience. All browbands are handmade to order, this would have been specified in your order confirmation. Browbands take 3-5 working days to make, your browband is being shipped today. You will receive an email once it's been shipped with tracking details.
