Meh. Pretty good company. I mean, they’re legit and they’re not a scam company, but they used to be soooo much better back in the day when they first got started and had more personal “one-on-one touc... See more

Website organization is a mess. Even bigger mess is the payment system.

It is not easy to find the proper company to meet your needs. It gives the company names but not a good description of what it does unless you read them all. Say you want a shipping company that uses AI to do their routing, can you find it easily. Does it have a complete filtering system to help you find it.

The process was quite simple but some more clarification on initiating wiring money would have helped

Customer service was horrible, no answers or clarifications of any of my doubts, It looked like I was taking to Alexa BETA. My questions wasnt answered and I lost an investment because of this kinda of threatment.

Customer service is excellent. I receive notifications by email when there is important information. There are many good deals (specially express deals).

Their option for an exit from investments . It’s a fair secondary market . Though they need to improve their app little more user friendly.

Don't send random emails and when we enquire, you always say, offer is closed. Not even within 24 hrs. Waste of time.

I had a great experience during the entireprocess, and was able to close on a great investment!

I have carefully watched for opportunities and was able to place an investment with paperwork to have several investments end up being cancelled.
The latest cases were with Anthropic, Klarna, and Hugging Face
Then there was one incident, which I have screenshots of being able to purchase an investment that for some reason a glitch occurred with me contacting chat and customer service several times without a single reply back. Within about a week another investment was offered on Equity Zen's platform with the same company. I had really wanted to own this particular company that I couldn't complete previously (at no fault of my own) and purchased this investment, however, at over TWICE the cost per share than the previous offering.
I ended up purchasing it for a second time and contacting customer service, hoping they would consider adjusting the share price after reviewing the screenshots and documentation of my attempts to complete the purchase. I reached out through EZ's online chat option, and it's been almost a year where not receiving a single response back to date.
Thank goodness I had Alyssa as my account representative because she is the reason why I stayed with Equity Zen and continued investing. Unfortunately, for me, but incredibly happy for Alyssa, she was promoted and was removed from her previous position of assisting clients with investments.
For some reason this last incident has remained to leave a very unsettling feeling. To date, I have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars with Equity Zen. What amount would it take to receive the assistance I know Equity Zen is capable of giving?
I hope someone with the knowledge and authority to resolve this issue once and for all to our mutual satisfaction. Again, I am having trouble shaking off this one incident off. Perhaps it wasn't meant to be shaken off but dealt with and finally resolved with Equity Zen's assistance.
Sincerely,
Equity Zen Client since 2023
