Can someone please tell Emily Lark that the drama she is presenting about her life experiences are sad but she bloviates on and on forever. I finally turned her off. She repeats the same script over and over. Don't waste you time. So far I heard 'keep watching' and this has been going on for 20 minutes and I haven't seen one exercise or stretch. Time is valuable and she seems to have an abundance of time. Working folks are busy working and don't have time for her droning on and on.

Bla bla bla bla... waste of time. And when you watch the testimonies of the people who are no longer in pain from her miracle stretch.... their body language and words are incongruent. Their head actually makes the no no no movement, side to side not affirming up and down. I think they are still reeling from the pain of her infomercial. It’s worse than waterboarding !

Please don't waste your money on this thirty minute infomercial. End of the day it is very difficult to get a refund. And shipping and handling is not refundable. More the the system is worth. Took 2 hours to get my 100% refund...Not

I, too, was keen to learn one simple stretch that would ease my beast of a pain. Please can the woman free up her secret as a measure of goodwill.. or someone be bold and buy the programme, then share this Heaven sent successful stretch on this site, and make a whole bunch of angry people living in the same pain as you and me extremely happy that there is a God!! Blessings!

The worst 10 minutes of my life watching the video!! I would have rather been in a dentists chair getting root canal without a pain killer. I really enjoyed the part she tells about the time she was in a car accident when she was 12 looking at the lifeless body of her neighbor......don’t worry..she lived!! Skip the video! The stretch that will save your life is not worth the time or tedium of listening to the video!! All for a $37 program...what a scam.....

By the time this lady repeats herself a dozen times in this ill-conceived marketing ploy...your back will likely be the least of your problems. The video that never ends...

I wish I had found this site before I wasted 2 hours of my life listening to her story and endless promises to show you an exercise to help relieve back pain. The only thing she wants to relieve you of is your time and your money. It might work but I doubt it since she breaks her promise from the beginning. I’ll never get those 2 hours back. 😡

Have to agree with all the comments here - including the sarcastic 5 star one. Backache replaced by earache... She promises to show the stretch in a minute then rambles on...
Wasted her time on many treatments? Well she wasted 10 minutes of mine. Don't waste yours...

Absolutely awful. I’m embarrassed that I watched this lady ramble on about nothing for as long as I did.

I couldn't listen to it anymore. It goes forever, so I looked for reviews, and it's a scam, just as expected.
Most of these that go on forever and never get to the point are.
You can listen to it for an hour, or spoiler, I'll give you the answer now:

Good morning I’m not sure that a bloody and scared 12 year old ever existed...I would love to hear from the woman that hired you to babysit that day ,20 sum years ago or hear of the pain her and her 2 year old daughter Have endured...Or if you help them with their suffering for free.If you’ve made any money at all throughout the years since you were obese teenager until now then that was your profit we sometimes are called to help people without expecting anything in return someday maybe you’ll get it. But until then keep tricking people into sitting back pain and all for a half an hour listening to your lies you should be ashamed trying to benefit from peoples anguish You get them thinking in your half hour of drama that they are going to feel better any moment shame on you.

Complete and utter rubbish and a total waste of time! A con from the moment she opens her mouth in a never-ending story that never gets to a point she could have shared in 30 seconds—all to sell a video series to tell you what she promised to share in her mind-numbing pitch. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

Just stop. One statement..."I'm a busy mum with two children.." but a few mins before you were so crippled that it stopped your family plans...this says it all...a script written by a bad drama writer...delivered. see it for what it is. Nonsense. A 10 min program...but delivered in several DVDs???? 1 DVD can hold 2 to 3 hour movies...I will just leave that there.

OMG! What a waste of time! I did not listen to the end as I became so bored that I decided my back pain was less odious then listening to this never ending, over dramatic story that was repeated over and over. She must not be getting very good advice, because who would hang on for a 30 second questionable exercise that takes 20+ minutes of boredom to get to. You want to sell something, then get to it after 5 minutes maximum!

Watching this video is worse than any back pain experience - like many of these reviews I bailed before I died of boredom

Despite being used to internet fud, this one is in the top for dragging things on and on.
Of course she is going to sell something, but what?

Omg! Omg!!! I have had back pain for years so I was curious...but this video went oh and on and on and on....for allegedly a 30 second stretch technique??? I finally gave up.

This ad is actually not only passing info as it claims but selling a book which contains the info it claims to help people.

Maybe the woman in this video is giving her secret for a price: a book or an internet course you can buy called "Back to life"- No way she will give it for free!

The reason is the purpose.
Maybe she needs to tell her problem.
She does not give it free.
She is selling something.

Maybe the time you give to hear to say what she has to say.
It is a trick.
