This company is the WORST! Don't trust them and buy your oil elsewhere! I received a broken bottle of oil and after providing pictures of the broken bottle (and complaining on Amazon) they still have not replaced the oil! All around pathetic customer service!

Think twice before ordering anything from this company. I received and bottle of sea buckthorn oil that was leaking. I contacted the company and they advised me that they would send out another bottle. I requested a refund instead but they would not refund and now they are refusing to resend the item even because I didn't send a picture. The reason that I didn't send a picture was because they didn't request a picture. I threw the faulty product away. So now they won't do anything. Who do I report this company to ?

You then requested a refund instead, which we agreed to, provided images of the faulty product were supplied. At that point we discovered a dispute had already been opened with your payment provider. Once a chargeback is in progress, we are unable to process a refund or replacement directly and the matter must be handled through the payment provider. This is why you were directed to Klarna to resolve the claim. It is also not possible to receive both a refund and a replacement product. Team Erbology

Fabulous sea buckthorn
I needed some sea buckthorn for homemade face cream. I decided to try Erbology because it was organic, I could see where the product was sourced, and they could link studies on the benefits. I also purchased matcha powder- also very fine. The shipping was prompt and I was happy with the oil. I actually just ordered more oils and powders as gifts. I accidentally dropped the bottle and my dogs lapped up about half the bottle. It was a shame- until I noticed their coats became very soft! Now I know it's good for them, as well!

Effective Product & Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to praise both the effectiveness of the products I purchased and also my experience with customer service
I’ve been purchasing organic pumpkin seed oil and I have seen a discernible positive difference in my lab work an overall how I feel. I bought this product from other vendors and I have not seen the results that I’ve seen with using Erbology
Secondly, I had a problem with Shipping
I called the shipper. They were nice, however, they kept on passing the problem on through the system.
Therefore, I contacted Erbology, and someone named Victor immediately got back to me. He took care of it and within 48 hours, as I recall, there was a brand new bottle at my door later, I also had a question and I emailed Victor and again I got a response immediately and he fully addressed my concern.
I am very grateful for the quality product and the superb customer service
