I was very pleased with the services I received. From the very beginning, the entire team was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. I felt welcomed and safe throughout the whole experience. The medical staff at the hospital were warm, empathetic, and always willing to help with anything I needed – both the nurses and the doctors provided me with all the support and explanations I required.
Everything at the hotel was also excellent – great conditions, cleanliness, and the staff were just as caring and friendly. Everything went smoothly, which gave me extra peace of mind and comfort. Overall, I’m grateful for the way everything was handled, and I would definitely recommend your services to others.

I have visited the Erdem Clinic twice
I have visited the Erdem Clinic twice, once for a gastric sleeve and another time for gallbladder removal. I went on my own both times which was quite daunting. I received a professional first class service. There is a translator there during the day. In the evening there are still staff that speak English or you can use Google translator. I was kept comfortable at all times. I was collected to and from the airport. My surgeon checked in on me each day after my operation. Highly recommend Dr Ali. I have had atleast 2 friends attend the same clinic and also had a positive experience.

Great. Clinic
I got the Diamond package which includes laser and stem cell treatments. But also, it includes a 6-month aftercare package which is all heavy and big bottles of liquid. So if you’re flying, beware of this. You’ll need to check in as luggage.
Otherwise, great and professional clinic.
Very pleased with the results so far.
It’s ten days ago I got it done now.

Good organization!
In an initial phase of data collection they were very quick and precise to answer my questions. The trip was well organized between hotels and travel.
On the day of the surgery there were unforeseen events due to the anesthesia, but the doctors intervened quickly and accurately. In the first post-operative phase, the answers to my questions were not very quick due to the period between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, but after this period of holidays they were always very fast and precise in their answers. I hope to see great results in the next hair so I can make another review more detailed and complete

Avoid this hospital and company at all costs. I was about to book a facelift with this company. They sent me a picture of a lady who had a facelift from the hospital. Apparently this was in November then in February they sent the same picture of the lady saying it was the day before so trying to make out like They have lots of people getting face lifts Then I told the translator, I did not want my facelift with their hospital because they told lies and we are using fake facelift pictures they have none stop been txting me with different numbers I've had to block six people from there clinic I've told them I don't want to use them and still I wake up today with another person from this hospital asking me about a facelift I've seen the reviews you are treat bad when you are there and by staff at the hospital and they don't speak English avoid at all costs they tell you anything to get you to go with them

I am just writing about my experience…
I am just writing about my experience of the hospital..Floor 6 of Erdem Hospital. My daughter had several procedures done at the same time and luckily because she is normally fit and well she went through the experience well...so far. However, as a retired nurse of 44 years NHS I found the hospital shocking. Someone who had been in theater for 11 hours there was no oxygen or suction or masks behind the beds, only the ports without the connections. The vital signs monitor was just pushed into the room and was almost flat, until I put it in position. There was no cardiac leads on the machine although it had the ability to do so. The nurses keep switching on all the main lights without warning, in and out. Bags of IV's were being put up without any explanation to what it was. If British people are going for procedures then a little basic English would be good. My daughters food was 'white sick food'' and she started to get hungry especially on the third day. The hospital was not clean to the standard of British hospitals. I noted the resus trolley by the nurses station...and I would not give much hope of survival..I got my Advance Life Support. Witnessed a young man sliding down the wall after some abdominal surgery, and was going into a faint and they didn't seem to know how to deal with it. Would I recommend this hospital to anyone NO. I reviewed this as a now retired professional British Nurse. BSc(Hons) RN. PGCE.

Made to believe I was accepted for surgery even after being upfront and honest about having type 1 diabetes, paid money for flights and wasted holidays from work to fly over to be told no! Had to pay extra for the food and drink and was treated disgustingly! They waste no time in taking money off you and when trying to get a refund the rep takes hours and hours to reply! I wish I’d never bothered with this company/hospital, the staff are rude, the people are arrogant, the lack of patient care and communication is unacceptable, I was left for over 20 hours with no food or drink and when my husband alerted the nurses that I was heading into a hypo as my levels were dangerously low he was laughed at!
There’s so much more to this, it was one of the worst experiences of my life, I would advise anyone to avoid this place.
I would give zero stars if possible as even 1 star is far too kind!

I recently stayed at Erdem Hospital for three nights following surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived at Istanbul airport, everything was perfectly organized. The hospital representatives, Agata and Hürcan, ensured that every detail was taken care of, even on short notice, from my transportation and hospitalization to the exams, operation, and recovery. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference.
The surgery went smoothly, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. As a solo traveler, I had some concerns about how things might go if even a small issue arose, but I quickly realized I was in excellent hands.
