Excellent care and results – highly recommend
had my mummy makeover at Erdem Hospital in July and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Dr Furkan took the time to really listen and understand exactly what I wanted. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and reassured throughout the whole process.
The hospital staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, caring, and always there to help. I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived until after my surgery, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
Overall, my experience at Erdem Hospital was excellent, and I would highly recommend Dr Furkan and the whole team to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Gastric Sleeve
I had a gastric sleeve in June and everything went well. Everything was well organized, the transport from the airport was easy, the checks were done in the morning, the surgery in the afternoon. Apart from the pain at the place of the cuts I did not have any pain. The nurses made sure I got what I needed.
The hospital responded promptly if I had any questions.

The hospital nurses were very professional, polite and helpful. Anything I needed they helped me with. The hospital is clean. With all facilities. The nurses did vital checks many times to ensure I was good at all times. Dr Vefa is truly outstanding, so professional and caring. I am overly happy with my results, they are better than I could have imagined. Dr Vefa is an artist and is confident in her work. I would highly recommend the Dr for surgery. The representatives were amazing answered all questions I had within minutes. Communication was amazing. My coordinator Ali, was caring, kind and so helpful, fluent in English which made communication effortless, could not have asked for a better experience or care. This clinic is amazing
This clinic is amazing - I have recently had TT, MR and 360 Lipo done by Professor Mehmet Fatih Peker.
From arriving on the Sunday evening and being collected at the airport to meeting my translator I was at ease and felt comfortable and confident. I was admitted to the ward where the nurses were absolutely brilliant ( there is a language barrier however they do know the basics so no issues and your translator is always on hand).
My surgery took place after an initial consultation with Professor Peker and his team and to be honest I didn't feel the anaesthetic going in so was unaware of anything until I woke up back in my private bedroom. The first two days were obviously a bit of a blur but by the third day I was walking , going to the toilet and eating normally. I had dressings to my scar area and the nurses / doctors were checking me on a regular basis along with my blood pressure etc. Pain killers and antibiotics were also given on a regular basis. I was discharged to a lovely hotel on the Thursday where I rested with the full back up of my co-ordinator in case of any issues ( there were none)
I am now back home in the UK and on day 10 of my recovery plan and I can honestly say I have no regrets at all. My scar is healing beautifully and the bruising is fading with the help of Arnica Oil. The hospital have messaged me asking for pictures and answering any questions I have. The service and treatment I have received from Erdem was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking treatment / surgery.

I first visited this hospital three…
I first visited this hospital three years ago for my gastric sleeve surgery, and my experience with Erdem has been exceptional from the start. The staff were amazing, and both my cousin and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process.
A year later, my dad underwent the same surgery at the same hospital, followed by two more of my cousins. Each time,Erdem went above and beyond to provide outstanding care.
Most recently, I returned this year for the mummy makeover I had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck , and once again the staff were fantastic. I was so scared of this surgery but with the staff and amazing surgeon they helped me through it all. The level of care far exceeded my expectations, the procedure went smoothly, and my cousin—who had the same treatment—was equally impressed.
Erdem has consistently provided excellent service and support, making every visit a positive experience for me and my family.
And they still continue to contact me to see how I am this hospital is outstanding

Hospital & Erdem Dental Clinic no one wanted to deal with me or
answered me. After that, Sarah Hashem said that Erdem Hospital not want to see me
any more. Then we find it a different departments to deal with a
problems (Turkish Ministry of Health & Police Department). After that, I received a call from them informing me that they would
accept me. Then I returned to the clinic, and Doctor Osman work he did very bad. Doctor Osman is a poor dental specialist because he lacks knowledge
and expertise. Because for 2 years time he made my permanent &
temporary crowns crooked, very bad shape. Doctor Osman broke all my
life, made me disable. 2 years i living without any crowns, only implants with metal heads. All
the time 24/7 on strong painkillers. I paid in total NOW ABOUT £20000 British Pounds
Sterling's for (dental treatment, hotel, flight tickets, bus tickets (London
to my home, Home to London), food, others & still doesn't ending story. 7 times been visiting Istanbul Erdem Dental Clinic, end up with nothing.
I'm spend a lots money to this clinic, no permanent crowns, just metals 2
years and plus disability about my health. 2 years try to make it done my
crowns, but only have metal inside my mouth & have big stress and
nerves for 2 years time . Only can eating without chewing it food, because only sharp metal inside. Even other Doctors from another clinic
laughing at my mouth x-ray image, when i sent it to them.
I have all the proves documents, receipts, photo images & more .… we have 4 proving documents:
First document on 5th May 2022 saying German implants
Second document on 13th May 2022 saying Turkish implants
Third document 7th September 2022 saying again German implants
Fourth document 7th September 2022 Italian implants
What is this deception ? ONE MORE DOCUMENT TURKISH IMPLANTS?

In Dental Warranty letter saying:
SO WE ARE HAPPY TO SAY FOR A PERIOD OF 15YEARS OF THE DATE OF
SERVICE UNDER THE MENTIONED OF THE PREVIOUS REQUIREMENTS WE
ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CROWNS FROM ANY DAMAGE OR
BREAKAGE
In the moment i still waiting for there respond, because is only sharp
metal implants inside my mouth without any crowns.
i tried contacted director Erdem dental clinic, no answer. Also, they are all for one thing, this whole clinic of deceivers !!!!

Great surgeon…
I can’t believe how great the surgeon was here after going to another clinic in turkey I was sceptical of the care but this clinic and surgeon were absolutely amazing. The surgeon was clear on the whole journey. The clinic was immaculate. The after care from the surgeon was great he visited me 2 times a day. He allowed me an extra nights stay in the hospital as I was a solo traveller just to make sure I was doing good. .
Now on to my results I went for an extended tummy tuck and lipo. I am amazed with the results . My scar is so neat and tidy and I am really happy with how my tummy looks . The belly button was a worry for me going in to the op but he’s done fantastic it looks great.
