OMG why didn't I check out trust pilot, but reviews on there site were good
purchased x2 jumpers I didn't realise they were FAKE these garments were bought for gifts I wouldn't dare give them as gifts arrived friday 28th Nov 2025 ive tried sending messages on the customer service followed everything through and haven't had 1 reply its outrageous why isn't this site been looked into especially after these reviews,
when you look at the garments on there site page the clothes look lovly, but you get absaloute crap colours are different quality is crap I'm out of pocket so close to Christmas its disgusting I wouldn't have bought anything fake and especially for gifts very disappointing

Ordered 2 Ralph Laren jackets what joke they are fake sent from China. Absolute rubbish please keep away from this website. I have emailed and their email box is full. I have taken the issue up with my credit card issuer to hopefully get my money back.

Do not buy from them - definitely a scam. Tried to return an item that arrived 4 weeks after purchase. I followed the steps on their website and they said it had escalated. I repeatedly emailed for 3 weeks until I emailed one more time for an update and they have blocked me. Don't waste your time on these fake products.

ONE WORD SUMS UP THIS VENDOR "SCAM" do not buy anything from them as you will be hugely disappointed. I purchased a Ralph Lauren top for my husband which arrived in a dirty plastic bag measuring 12 x 12 inches. That's when I realised my mistake and on opening it found a very poor quality top that was nothing like the picture on the Web site. I have contacted them numerous times to ask to return and refund the item with no luck. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

Eredon are selling goods purporting to be Ralf Lauren when they are not. They are fakes and not very good ones at that. Initial correspondence by email to claim refund requests information they already have and latest email has bounced back so they have shut down the email address. Absolute scam as endorsed by all other reviewers.

Wouldn't give this company 1 star really. Poor quality, fake branded jumper. Unfortunately I didn't read reviews before ordering. Will learn from my mistake.

Please don't buy from this establishment. The jumper which was sold as a reduced Ralph Lauren was extremely poor quality, took 21 days to arrive from China (no idea it was coming all that way) and the motive was a plastic iron on. Very disappointed at throwing away £39

Absolutely the worst purchase I've made on line, unbelievable poor quality and obviously fake but selling as the real deal. Just because you stick a Ralph Lauren polo player on it (Home Bargains sell better quality stickers btw) doesn't make it RL. Avoid at all costs.

This must be the same company as Britorium. I had exactly the same experience. Ordered a shirt advertised as Ralph Lauren, wrong size arrived, and it was a poor quality fake. I'm trying to get a refund through my credit card as I cannot get vendor to send me a prepaid return, which they are legally obliged to do under consumer law. The vendor is based in a flat in Brazil and fake goods shipped from China. I have reported the site to Google as a shameless scam

They sent me a fake Ralph Lauren.

Absolutely garbage, DO NOT BUY. Ordered 2 tops which were supposed to be Polo, not even close. Took a month to get here and they are 100% polyester fake pieces of TRASH. This company is a Scam. I will be filing a fraudulent claim.

I ordered 2 jumpers branded as Ralph Lauren, and after waiting 21 days since it was not explained they were coming from China, they arrived in a dirty bag and they were of extrrmely low quality. The jumpers had incomplete sewing, the logo was detaching, zip detaching,... obviously fake branded.
I have asked for a refund for 1.5 months now and yet no solution.
This a scam website, do not buy!
