Extremely happy with the help and how quick the process was

Avoid at all costs. No transparency, no customer service, poor communication. Submitted 2 claims - one has been closed as a duplication (nope, was simply a second, distinct loan with same bank) and one has been stalled for months.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Phone calls are always answered via voicemail and leave us a message, which you’re lucky if they do get back to you. Emails are answered sometimes, and it appears only if they feel like it. Only dealt with half of my claim, took 30% PLUS gst =40% so pretty much half of my refund… and I had to contact the insurer myself in the end to get my refund because no one would answer me. Truly disgusted in this company and would highly recommend you look elsewhere for someone to help you get a refund. Rating is 0 out of 10.

I used this service. Didn’t realise that if you have loan protection insurance on a loan that is still a current loan, they will only credit it back to your loan..not a refund as the name suggests! I am now being hassled for a $1550 service fee which I do not have! I was contacted by loan provider and was advised not to use this service as it is a rip off for a service I could have done myself!

The team at eRefunds where extremely helpful and the customer service amazing.
Although the process took a few months it’s something to be expected when a third party is liaising with your bank.
I could not be happier with the process and outcome of my claim.

Got denied but which is fair but when I checked they said I made a duplicate claim when they were actually two seperate claims.
One for a loan and one for a credit card.
You just get an auto generated email, no phone call or detailed explanation to why you were denied.

I was paying loan protection insurance really for no reason as it didn't help me when I needed it. I contacted eRefunds through a post on Facebook. They took my details and within a couple of weeks I had a message saying the bank had made an offer for settlement. Without seeing this post I would still be paying for something that was of no help to me. Thankyou eRefunds on getting my settlement for me. Im one happy customer.

Saw this ad pop up on Facebook, about getting a refund on your insurance on your loan/credit cards etc. if you weren’t or were misinformed about all the fine print. Thought stuff it, may as well see. Erefunds were prompt, kind and efficient. Ended up getting the refund too! 5/5 stars
