They shorted me parts, and refused to make it right.

I won a desk from a radio station. After I picked it up and put it together, I realized that it was missing parts. It was missing five clips and screws to hold up a LED light strip. So I emailed customer support, and explain the situation and sent a photo of the manual showing the parts I needed. They told me that since I didn't have a purchase order number, they would charge me $15 for five clips and five screws that probably cost less than 50 cents altogether. Absolute terrible customer service. I could show them photos of the box, the manual, I'm obviously not trying to get extra light clips. The only purpose that they could possibly be used for is holding up that strip of lights.
