great comunication from the office staff and quallity work from the lads

Quote on same day which I agreed and the job of scaffolding re-roofed by two very lads changeing slates for tiles done and scaffolding gone all in two weeks very good and trustworthy

Very good office staff aswell as the workers jobs perfect price was reasonable very trust worthy 100% highly recommend

i used Expertroofing to convert my garage to slope metal roof,John is a honest man with highly skilled team to finished the work at 6pm,I am completely satisfied & highly recommended.

I asked expert roofing to repair my mother’s roof. There was a broken tile which was causing a leak , and the ridge tiles had slipped. The team re-bedded the ridge tiles, replaced some tiles and repaired the flashing, but when I went in the attic I noticed that the tile which had been leaking have not been replaced. Aiden came back to look at the tile and said he hadn’t noticed it the first time round and that it would cost £1800 to repair, in addition to what my mum had already paid, as he said the wood under the tile was damaged and needed replacing . He later reduced the quote to £1200. We declined this and asked another builder to look at the roof and he replaced the tile for considerably less.
Aside from this the team were polite and punctual and as far as I can see the ridge tiles that they re-bedded are okay.

So after 2 months we still have a gutter that does not hold water (the first contractor they sent cut our tv aerial and removed the physical antenna). Absolute joke.

No hesitation in recommending this business. Legit, genuine company. Very happy with the quality of the work carried out. I was not asked to pay up front only when I was happy job was completed. I was provided with proper paperwork with company address etc.

We had some work on the roof, chimney and guttering. Communication with Expert Roofing was excellent throughout the whole process. There were initially some teething problems with the new gutter but they worked quickly to rectify this and complete checks after a period of heavy rainfall. We are really satisfied with their work and how easy they were to deal with. After dealings with other companies who did shoddy work or didn’t show up it was a refreshing change that they were always on time and communication was first class.

We had been having problems with our roof / chimney for some time and had employed 2 companies to 'fix' the problem, without success. We contacted Expert Roofing, who surveyed the roof area within a day or two and confirmed what the problem was. We were happy with the quotation, which we received immediately, and booked the work in. The roofers undertook the work, within our greed timescale and our problem is now rectified! All Expert Roofing staff, from the office to the guys who attended our property, were professional, polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.

In January. My mum needed a new roof. After trying a few companies that new showed up to give her a price. Micheal Creegan at Expert Roofing was recomended to me by a friend. On ringing the office I spoke to Emma who was very bubbly and helpful. She arranged someone to come out to look.
They turned up on time and on the date as we agree.
The gentlemen that turned up was very polite wearing a mask. And explained the work that was needed.
We received the quote the day after which seemed to be a fair price.
The work was booked in and started on the day agreed. The roofers that turned upto do the job wear polite and respected our wishes to social distance from my mum why carrying the work out
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. And have done already thanks. Well deserved 5 stars no question.

What can I say,excellent from start to finish, arrived on time, to fix my flat roof, new gutters put up, very professional and the price was very reasonable also took all rubbish away, and cleaned up. Would highly recommend.
