Still haven't received item

Similar to other reviews, I still haven't received my item after 3 and a half weeks despite saying it would take up to 7 days. I emailed last week to ask for an update (no tracking information provided in confirmation email) and I still have not received a response. If the company are having serious delays with their orders they should at least send out an email to all customers waiting on an order to apologise and provide an update. I have heard good things about these carriers but they are not cheap and the customer service is unacceptable. I have no clue if/when I will receive my order.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, been waiting nearly 4wks for my items, only comms from Ergobaby have been when I’ve contacted customer services, not at all proactive. Really disappointing.

Order Still Not Received

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star to be honest…

I have emailed them numerous times as I still haven’t received the parcel that I ordered in November and now no one is replying to my emails…

Do not order from them I wish I didn’t!

Never received the item (massive delivery delays)

After 3 weeks, I haven’t received yet (even if they promote that the carrier will be delivered in a maximum of 7 days).
I tried to contact the customer care team by phone, and the line is not working. I got a very delayed response by email confirming that the parcel has not even been sent.
Given that I don’t need the carrier anymore (I needed it before my holiday), I tried to cancel it but the ErgoBaby team didn’t allow me either. Now I need to wait until I receive the item and try to return it then. So wish me luck!

Very Poor Delivery Service

I placed my order on 21st November and still haven't received it, and have had very little communication from Ergo and their customer service.

An absolute disaster!

An absolute disaster!
It took over 3 weeks to ship my order - customer service were extremely slow on email and your phones are not connected so I was unable to get hold of anyone.
I will never, ever purchase anything

Terrible service! Avoid!

Terrible service. Don't order from them. They lie about shipping dates. It's been nearly a month and I've not received my order. I needed it for a trip abroad and I had to buy a sling from a different seller so I had one in time. I asked them to cancel my order and they ignored my request and shipped the item to an address I won't be at. Now I've no idea if or when I'll get a refund. Customer services take ages to respond to emails and in some cases just do not respond. I'd avoid buying from Ergobaby directly and go through a third party supplier.

No sign of order arriving!!

Ordered a high chair two weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No response from customer service despite trying to contact them several times! Over £200 spent on this. Disgusting service! Will be cancelling the order via my bank.

I ordered a baby bouncer

I ordered a baby bouncer, which hasn't arrived, and no replies from customer service and the shipping company is useless. Can't reach their UK phoneline.

Update, cancelled the order with my bank as no delivery or delivery updates were forthcoming and bought a BJORN. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. If you do contact your bank and cancel the order as it won't come. Just look at the reviews on here and see for yourself. They can't deliver on their promises.
