I can thoroughly recommend their Atlas standing desk if you're in the UK and in the market for a really solid standing desk from a company that has excellent customer support and communication.

The desk itself is absolutely rock solid at lower heights, and though there is a very minor amount of wobble at the highest setting, having the desk on carpet, as well as actually setting up monitors, PC, etc on the desk and putting some load on it, really improves the stability. I was quite skeptical of a two-legged standing desk having proper stability when being used in standing mode. However, this has thoroughly exceeded my expectations and I'll definitely not be spending the extra for their four-legged desk, and will just order another Atlas for myself.

Their communication and customer support is excellent - I ordered the desk late at night, and before 9am the next day I got an email confirming my preferred date of delivery. The desk arrived the next day, and it was straightforward to assemble. The performance of the motors is pretty great - I don't have much to compare it to, but it has pretty much been better than I expected in every important area. The motors easily handle 50+ Kg of weight on the desk with ease, its range of heights is ample, and overall the construction is really sturdy. Like I mentioned, the wobble is present at the very highest settings, but it really is very minor. This is at its top height setting of about 125cm. Around 100cm and below, it is absolutely solid with not a hint of wobble, I was really impressed by just how solid it is once you back off slightly from the top of the height range.

Overall, I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a standing desk in the UK at the moment and were considering the Flexispot models and similarly priced/featured options. I don't really have anything I can fault them on.

Fantastic customer service from Elaine, helping us choose the best desk for my needs. We chose the Hybrid and are delighted with it. It is part assembled, meaning the legs and mechanism just need to be folded out and then attached to the table top. We previously had one that needed much more construction but the Hybrid was much easier. My only feedback is that the instruction booklet was buried in the box so we couldn't use the instructions on how to easily get it out of the box - and also missed 1 step of assembly so had to unscrew things and put in the silicone stabiliser dots afterwards.

I assembled my desk just yesterday and I am super happy with the purchase so far. Assembling wasn't difficult, but I would say this is two people's job since the desk is quite heavy. What I liked was that I could order desk top samples which was extremely important to me whilst buying online. I recommend getting wire cable tray too; this keeps my work office tidy. Delivery was also quick and a very kind man left the boxes in the chosen room. In general, I am very pleased.

Excellent narrow standing desk (100cm)! Not many options out there but that's okay as this one from Ergo proved mighty! Very nice looking table top wood black lacquer and solid foot rests. The elevation mechanism works really well and you can add 4 preset heights. Customer support was amazing too, very responsive and eager to assist (Elaine: thank you again for all your help!) did their best to sort out an issue with the couriers.

5 stars for service, product and price but be warned the desks are extremely heavy, so have a maintenance team at the ready to just even move them in their flat pack state.

Was searching for a particular mechanism for my standing desk. It wasn’t available anywhere to buy on it own. Elaine from ergo desk was really helpful and coordinated with wearhouse team to find me the part and even offered to accept the return if it doesn’t fit my desk. Luckily for me part worked perfectly. Great service!

So happy with my new desk, the website was clear which made it easy to order (with pictures of the various configurations which helped). Very quick updates having placed the order, with extra help in relation to where to find online help with putting it together etc. The desk itself is really robust but looks great.
