It looks like a scam, nobody answers, The chat is allways off-line, no customer support, i wrote to dutch info at consuwijzer nl and i recomand to all that have problems with the, maybe they Will not steal money anymore! thx:(

❌ Avoid

❌ Avoid. Scam company ❌

I am still waiting on my expensive order and never received a shipping notification. However, money was deducted from my account. No one responds to emails or picks up the phone when calling customer service.

I find it interesting reading the other reviews here as this seems a very common occurrence and is super disappointing. Even Ergomax’s response to some customers here with no reference to making it better for said customer paints the whole picture.

Radio silence 🤐

Ergomax did not give me a tracking number on my package which I haven't received yet. (May 26) and they don't respond to several emails or phone calls. They did however withdrawal money for the package.

I recommend that you find another company to order from and stay away from Ergonax. Shame on you!

Completely dishonest and won't reply to emails

Ergomax frequently fails to send shipments while also concluding the purchase on my account on their website. They don't respond to emails through customer service or sales either. Stay away from this company.

Nooit een trackingnummer van u ontvangen. Je weigert e-mails te beantwoorden. Ik heb meerdere e-mails gestuurd naar de klantenservice en verkoop. U weigert terug te betalen. Ik kan Ergomax niet langer vertrouwen met mijn gezondheid.

Keep your fingers off this site!

At the beginning of February I received an email from Ergomax that the products, which had been unavailable for a long time, were back in stock. Then I ordered for over €200 a month and a half ago and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone by mail or phone since. I will file a report with the police!
