We could not have had a better experience selling our home with Eric Bramlett of Bramlett Residential Real Estate. Not only did he get us top dollar but he sold our home quickly with a minimum of inconvenience to our family. His ability to leverage technology to market our home, sign documents electronically, and facilitate a quick & easy out-of-state closing was unparalleled. We have bought & sold many, MANY homes over the years but have never had it so easy as we did when working with Eric Bramlett's team. Thank you SO much for everything, Eric!!

Eric Bramlett is an incredible realtor. When my wife and I were looking for a realtor to help us relocate from California to Austin, Texas, we were impressed by the quantity and quality of the online reviews for Eric... and let me tell you, they were not incorrect. Eric is very knowledgeable of the entire Austin area, but he was also very accommodating of our timeline and our need to work feverishly to find a home quickly (as it's not easy to go back and forth from CA to Austin multiple homes). So, the result was that within 3 days we viewed at least 30 homes - and then made an offer. Eric navigated the offer and closing process like a true veteran, foreseeing (and avoiding) multiple pitfalls while negotiating very favorably on our behalf with the seller in a pretty strong seller's market. Most importantly, he's a great guy with excellent family values. I could not recommend Eric any higher or with any more enthusiasm.

The entire process of buying our new home, from scouting out potential places that met our requirements to signing for the perfect house, was much easier than we expected and went by very smoothly, thanks to Eric. I am a fan of his constant communication. Being first-time home buyers, we had some questions. Eric kept in contact with us daily, helping answer any questions we had while keeping us fully aware of everything. I would recommend Eric Bramlett to anyone looking for a quality real estate agent in Austin.
