Unauthorized Window Cleaning and Invoice
I had an unwelcome experience with Eriks Fönsterputs i Sverige AB. Around late September or early October, a representative came to my door and offered to clean only the first-floor windows for 274 SEK. I told them I needed to check with my spouse and clearly did not authorize any service.
About two to three weeks later, they came while I was not at home and cleaned my windows without my consent. To make matters worse, I then received an invoice for a service I never agreed to.
I will not be paying for this unauthorized cleaning. I consider this practice misleading and unacceptable. Be careful if they come to your door — always get everything in writing before agreeing to any service.
